Get help in the app
- 1Open the Savari app and tap the menu.
- 2Tap Help to search answers to common questions.
- 3Choose Contact support to reach the Savari team by phone, WhatsApp or email.
For a problem with a particular trip, open it from your trip history and choose Help. Your trip reference is added for you.

In an emergency
During a trip, tap SOS in the app to alert the Savari team with your location. If a life is in danger, call Police 15 or Rescue 1122 first.
