Service Delivery Policy

This policy explains what Savari provides and how each service is delivered. "Savari", "we" and "us" mean HUWAZ TECHNOLOGIES (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED (Corporate Unique Identification No. 0360301), a company incorporated in Pakistan under the Companies Act, 2017, with its registered office at Flat 2, First Floor, Plaza 5, Sector A, Bahria Enclave, Islamabad, which operates the Savari app and the Savari services.

This policy is part of the Terms of Use. The Courier Terms and the City to City Terms give the full rules for their own services. Where this policy and those terms differ, the terms apply.

Savari provides transport services booked through the Savari app. Savari does not sell or ship goods. The services are:

• City rides: Moto, Ride Mini, Ride A/C and Premium, for trips within a city;
• Courier: parcels sent by motorbike or by car to one or more drop-offs within a city;
• City to City: shared seats or a whole car for journeys from one city to another.

Trips and deliveries are carried out by independent drivers and couriers whom Savari has checked before they can take requests.

The services are available in the cities the app shows, at any time drivers or couriers are online. Savari does not promise that a driver or courier will be found for every request. When none is found, the request ends and nothing is charged.

• You enter the pickup point and the destination, choose a ride option and offer a fare.
• Drivers nearby answer with offers, and you choose one.
• The app shows the driver, the vehicle and the number plate, and you can follow the driver to the pickup point.
• The driver takes you to the destination. The ride is delivered when the driver completes the trip in the app.

• You enter the pickup point and each drop-off within the same city, describe the parcel and offer a fare.
• Couriers answer with offers, and you choose one.
• The courier collects the parcel from you and takes it to each drop-off.
• At each drop-off the recipient gives the courier a one-time code, and the parcel is handed over only with that code. The delivery is complete when every stop is done.

If a recipient is not available, the Courier Terms explain how the parcel is returned. The Courier Terms also list the items that may not be sent.

You choose your route and travel date and book shared seats or the whole car with a driver going that way. On the day, the driver comes to the pickup point and drives you to the other city. The journey is delivered when the driver completes it in the app. The City to City Terms give the details.
