Community guidelines
Savari works when everyone looks out for each other. These guidelines apply to every rider, sender, driver and courier.

For everyone
Be respectful
Treat everyone with courtesy, whether you ride, send, drive or deliver.
No harassment
Never threaten or harass anyone, and never make unwanted advances, in person, in chat or on a call.
No discrimination
Treat everyone equally, whatever their religion, sect, ethnicity, language, caste, gender, disability, age or place of origin.
Put safety first
Obey the law, including traffic law, wear a seat belt where one is fitted, and use the safety tools in the app if something feels wrong.
Honest orders
Book only real trips and deliveries, give correct details and pay the agreed fare. Never bring or send anything illegal or dangerous.
Keep your account to yourself
An account belongs to one person. Never share it, sell it or let anyone else use it.
For drivers and couriers
Zero tolerance for impaired driving
Never drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs or anything else that affects your driving, or when you are too tired to drive safely.
Keep your documents valid
Keep your identity card, driving licence and vehicle documents valid, and use only the vehicle Savari approved.
Every trip is yours to do
Carry out every trip and delivery yourself, and never let someone else drive in your place.
When the guidelines are broken
Breaking these guidelines can lead to a temporary or permanent restriction on your account. If someone breaks them, tell the Savari team through Help in the app.
