Driver safety
Drive on your terms, safely
You decide which requests to take, you see who you are driving before you offer, and the same SOS button riders have is on your screen during every trip.

Safety tools for drivers
You choose your requests
A request shows the rider’s fare and ratings before you decide. Send an offer only on the requests you want, and hide the ones you do not.
Every rider has a verified phone
Every Savari account signs in with a one-time code sent to its own phone number.
Talk without sharing your number
Chat and call riders in the app. In City rides and City to City, neither side sees the other’s phone number.
Code-checked hand-overs
A Courier parcel is handed over only with the recipient’s code, and a return goes back to the sender with a return code.
SOS for drivers
Tap SOS during an active trip to alert the Savari operations team with your location.
Riders are rated too
Drivers rate riders after every trip, and you can report a problem with a request from the app.
Before every trip
Keep your documents current
The Savari team checks your CNIC, licence and vehicle before you can drive, and if an item is rejected, only that item opens again for you to fix.
Check the request
Look at the pick-up, the fare and the rider’s ratings before you send an offer.
Stay in the app
Use in-app chat and calls so your phone number stays private.
Know where help is
The Safety screen has the SOS button and one-tap calls to Police 15 and Rescue 1122.
What SOS does
- SOS is available during an active trip, for riders and for drivers.
- It sends an alert with your current location and your trip to the Savari operations team.
- Once sent, the alert stays open until the Savari team has handled it.
- SOS does not call the police. If a life is in danger, call the emergency services yourself.
Emergency numbers in the app
The Safety screen lets you call these services directly:
If a life is in danger, call the police or Rescue 1122 straight away.
Driver safety questions
Can I say no to a request?
Yes. You only drive the requests where you sent an offer and the rider accepted it. You can also hide a request you do not want to see.
What does SOS do for a driver?
It sends an alert with your location and your trip to the Savari operations team. It does not call the police, so call Police 15 or Rescue 1122 yourself if a life is in danger.
How do I report a rider?
Rate the rider when the trip ends, then open the trip in your history and choose Help to tell the Savari team what happened.
