Official requests from the authorities

Police officers and other officials can use this page to send Savari a request about user data. Every request is stored with a reference and reviewed by the Savari team.

Call Police 15 or Rescue 1122 first. This form reaches the Savari team, not the emergency services.

How it works

  1. Send the form

    Fill in who you are, your agency, the account or trip the request is about and the legal basis for it.

  2. Keep your reference

    You get a reference as soon as the request is received. Quote it in any follow-up.

  3. We review it

    The Savari team checks the request and replies to the official email address you give.

What Savari may hold

Savari keeps only what the app needs to run trips, keep people safe and meet the law. For an account deleted within the past year, a sealed safety record may exist.

The phone number, name, trip reference or anything else that identifies what the request is about.
