Ways to reach us
Help in the app
Open the menu, tap Help and choose Contact support. For a trip, open it from your history and choose Help so the trip reference comes with your message.
Email
Write to us about your account, a payment or anything else.
During a trip
Tap SOS in the app to alert the Savari operations team with your location. If a life is in danger, call Police 15 or Rescue 1122 first.
Police and authorities
Official requests about user data go through the law enforcement form, so they reach the right people and get a reference.
Press
Journalists can find our name, logo and colours on the brand page, and write to us with “Press” in the subject.
